    EB-5 is a Fast, Simple, and Reliable Way to Achieve Permanent Residency in The United States

    The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created in 1990 to attract foreign investment to stimulate economic growth through job creation in the United States.      EB-5 Visa Costs and Requirements

    Green cards through investment are available to anyone who invests a minimum of $1.8 million USD in creating a new U.S business or restructuring or expanding one that already exists. The money can be obtain through any means such as gifts, inheretance, business, so long as it is lawfully obtained. The investment amount may be reduced to $900,000.00 USD if the business is located in rural area or in an urban area with an unemployment rate certified by the state government to be at least 150% of the national average.
