We are well versed and practice the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA). Which is a United States statute that governs the rights and responsibilities of parties involved in the transportation of goods by sea, and issues such as liability, duties of carriers, and limitations on liability in the event of loss or damage to cargo during shipment by sea.

We also practice surface such as road and rail transportation under 49 USC 14706 which governs both road and rail carriers for interstate transportation. This statute also applies to rail carriers, as indicated by the parallel provisions in 49 USC 11706, which similarly impose liability on rail carriers for loss or damage to property during transportation.
